Job Summary:Your responsibilities in this position will include working closely with the Ecosystem Lead and cross-functional colleagues to coordinate efficient and effective services to healthcare provider (HCP) customers. As the primary point of contact, you will need to have a wide breadth of expertise and be able to communicate complex on-label information based on approved content.Educational Initiatives for HCPs:• Payor coverage plays a crucial role in determining whether patients can afford to access a particular product in their local market• Sales professionals must be adept at communicating on-label information confidently to build trust with physicians and effectively help patients make informed decisions• System protocols are another important resource in patient care. These protocols are specific to a particular health system or facility and provide guidance on how to deliver care in a consistent and safe manner• The talent to properly connect providers in real-time with on-demand CSSs as queries arise• Personalized virtual engagement with customers is increasingly vital, achieved using diverse online means. Various online resources enable linking consumers with pertinent personnel such as the CSS, ensuring that requests from clients are met and guaranteeing closing the loop by seeking feedback on efficiency• As healthcare continues to evolve and innovate, thought leaders are needed to help shape the future of care.
