Pharmaceutical Customer Relations Manager

Job Summary:Your primary role will be to act as the main contact for healthcare provider (HCP) customers, liaising with cross-functional teams including Medical (CSSs), Market Access (HSAMs), and Patient Support (PELs) while maintaining appropriate guardrails. As such, you should have comprehensive knowledge of complex on-label information based on approved content.Educational Initiatives for HCPs:• Educating healthcare providers and patients about the benefits of a particular product can also help to increase product access in local markets, as individuals become more aware of the treatment options available to them• Sales professionals must be adept at communicating on-label information confidently to build trust with physicians and effectively help patients make informed decisions• Discharge protocols should be carefully reviewed to ensure that all necessary information is provided to the patient and their caregivers. This can help ensure a smooth transition of care and reduce the risk of readmission• The knack to suitably connect providers with on-demand CSSs in real-time as inquiries are raised• In current business operations, customer engagement is more important than ever. Modern digital tools provide the opportunity for a personal connection with customers, ensuring that they are directed to appropriate personnel, such as the CSS.
