Otterbein is seeking a Director of Nursing / Health Care Coordinator to lead an innovative care model in a long-term care setting, where person-centered care is prioritized.

Responsibilities
- Obtain daily reports from clinical support nurses
- Monitor compliance with clinical and in-service requirements
- Manage clinical budgets and quality indicators
- Act as a liaison with healthcare vendors and families
- Perform performance management and hiring practices
Education
- BA or BS in related field preferred
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
