Outdoorsy is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager. If you're passionate about the outdoors and would like to work in a fast-paced environment, then we'd love to hear from you! This individual will lead Outdoorsy's Lifecycle Marketing team, which guides all users and customers through a customized journey across a variety of owned communication channels. By delivering messaging that is always targeted, actionable, and brand-forward, we're able to ensure that all users are receiving relevant messages and cultivate a strong relationship with our users. The role is remote and can be based anywhere in the US. Responsibilities (aka What you'll be doing):Build and support an industry-leading customer lifecycle marketing team that has testing and data at the heart of it. Support the continuous upgrade of our Marketing technology stack to increase automation, personalization and efficiency. Develop/design and execute the lifecycle marketing journey and one-off campaigns across all channels (email, in-app, push, and SMS) to drive conversions and retention on both the Supply and Demand side of our two-sided marketplace and other brands of our portfolio. Drive analytical insight, measurement, and recommendations. Lead personalization effort. Establish rigorous A/B testing processes and execute to test creative design, content, targeting capabilities, and channels to constantly improve conversion and retention rates. Create and edit engaging, relevant, on-brand, and accurate copy in collaboration with the Creative team. Qualifications (aka What you'll need):Minimum Qualifications 5years of in-house lifecycle marketing experience Master's Degree-level preferred Experience with CDP (Segment, mParticle) Proficient with campaign automation tools (Iterable, Braze) Must have extensive experience leading in product/engineering-driven organizations Excels at evangelizing data-driven requirements, ideas and strategies Comfortable in fast moving, fluid environments; entrepreneurial spirit Excellent presentation skills among peers and in executive situations Enjoys working on high-profile, industry-defining projects Risk taker who is prepared to make bold decisions.
