Job Title: Business Developer - Junior Level

Salary: $40,000 + Commission

We are an award-winning office currently seeking a driven Business Developer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for junior-level Business Development professionals, including outbound call center and retail industry sales candidates, to demonstrate their sales skills and expand our client base.

As the Business Developer for our team, your main responsibility will be to win new clients by meeting company decision makers and providing them with customized people solutions that fit their staffing needs. You should be an organized individual and used to documenting in a CRM to track your progress and success.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:

• Driven and ambitious mentality to meet and exceed sales targets
• Excellent telephone sales skills
• Savvy with social media and/or LinkedIn
• An ability to multi-task efficiently in a busy environment

While prior experience and knowledge of the staffing industry is helpful, we welcome candidates from other backgrounds to apply for this position (retail, outbound call center, telecommunications).
