We are exploring the market for an Account Developer focused on Maximising Growth to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving growth within your designated accounts.
Your ability to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions will be essential in helping us achieve our business objectives. This position requires a proactive, results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and growth potential.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that meet client needs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance and growth plans to management.
- Support clients in understanding our products/services and how they can benefit their business.
- Lead negotiations and manage contract renewals with existing accounts.
- Proven experience in account management or business development.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyse client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving account growth.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Industry knowledge relevant to our services is a plus.
