Oven Operator Glass Shop - 1st

Builders FirstSource also distributes dimensional lumber and lumber sheet goods, millwork, windows, interior and exterior doors, and other building products. Starting rates $12/hr No Previous experience required. Position qualifies for Production Incentive Bonus Program from date of hire. Opportunity to earn up to $1.00 per hour in bonuses.

OBJECTIVE Removes insulated glass units from oven and arranges in harp carts. Cleans equipment, floors, and work areas according to safety procedures. Observes safety and security procedures; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly. Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality.

Meets productivity standards; Completes work in timely manner; Strives to increase productivity; Works quickly. Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions. Volunteers readily; Seeks increased responsibilities; Asks for and offers help when needed. • Ability to lift 50+lbs SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
