Responsibilities
Manage 10-15 accounts primarily based in the US.
New customer onboarding and leading customer kick-off meetings.
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Coordinate with technical delivery lead for project execution.
Work closely with the product team to inform the product roadmap.
Renew contracts and grow customer accounts.
Participate in field visits.
Education
Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
