Customer Success Manager - North East USA

Overstory is on a mission to help solve the climate crisis through real-time intelligence about vegetation using advanced technology. They are looking for a Customer Success Manager to effectively manage customer relationships and ensure success.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Project management abilities.
  • Business growth experience.
  • Familiarity with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage 10-15 accounts primarily based in the US.
  • New customer onboarding and leading customer kick-off meetings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Coordinate with technical delivery lead for project execution.
  • Work closely with the product team to inform the product roadmap.
  • Renew contracts and grow customer accounts.
  • Participate in field visits.

Education

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
