OVO is seeking a UX Design Manager to create and scale a design system integral to achieving zero carbon. The role combines hands-on design and leadership within a diverse team.

Build a robust Design System
Develop a vision and strategy
Evolve and scale design language
Raise the bar on visual and interaction design

Drive adoption of the design system
Lead and nurture a team of designers
Mentor and coach others
Lead UX leadership team initiatives

Education

Degree in Design or related field
Advanced certifications in UX design
