Offboard Operations Specialist

Oyster is looking for an Offboard Operations Specialist to join their Customer Experience Department. The role involves educating and guiding customers about offboarding to ensure they feel supported and informed.

Skills

2 years of hands-on support or administration experience in HR
Empathetic and customer-centric approach
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

Be the face and voice of Oyster for customers and team members during the offboarding process
Collaborate with various departments to resolve queries and create a seamless experience
Respond to requests accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain and develop self-service tools for customers

Education

Fluent English language skills
