UK Sales Lead (Remote)

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Lead Generator based in the UK to join our team. In this role, you will identify potential clients, primarily through LinkedIn and other online platforms, and initiate conversations that introduce them to Oysterr Talent’s services. You’ll work closely with our business development team to support our growth in the UK market by creating a steady pipeline of qualified leads.

• 2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role focused on the UK market.
• Demonstrated success in using LinkedIn for business development and lead generation.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and digital platforms for managing leads and tracking outreach activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging, personalized messages.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to follow-up.
• Familiarity with the marketing, tech, or startup sectors is a plus.
