Ensure full compliance with the Saudi DGA NORA framework, integrating its principles into all aspects of IT architecture.
Serve as a key advisor to pre-sale process participants on IT governance matters, ensuring alignment with Saudi NCA, DGA, SDAIA, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
Establish and maintain governance structures that adhere to DGA guidelines for data protection, privacy, and digital government services.
Lead the development of enterprise architecture (EA) models, covering business, information, application, and technology layers, ensuring these are integrated and scalable across the organization.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure a cohesive IT landscape that supports future business scalability and operational efficiency and can be incorporated into the pre-sale materials.
Participate in the solution design process of enterprise-wide IT solutions that comply with the NORA framework, ensuring robust interoperability, security, and data sharing across platforms.
Support the pre-sale process with digital transformation initiatives, incorporating emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and cloud computing to support KSA’s Vision 2030 incorporation into the company's offerings.
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to design architectures that secure critical data, in line with the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) standards and DGA guidelines.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture roles within the IT sector, with a focus on the KSA market.
Strong understanding of the Digital Government Authority (DGA) NORA framework, and experience in aligning architecture with regulatory requirements.
Proven track record in delivering large-scale IT projects and leading digital transformation initiatives.
Certifications such as TOGAF, Zachman, or other enterprise architecture frameworks are highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Vision 2030 and how it impacts IT strategies in the Kingdom.
