Lead Designer

We at P2P.org are the largest staking and restaking operator, with a TVL of over $9B 🔝

We are constantly focused on launching new yield products: for example, in Polkadot (adding +15-20% to NRR) and Ethereum, where we offer significantly higher NRR (+40%) than any other staking operator 💪

We also keep an eye on exciting projects and launch new networks such as TON, Avail, Monad, and Babylon. We strongly believe in Bitcoin and the DeFi ecosystem around it, and we have a dedicated team focused on finding the best yield solutions based on Bitcoin.

We work with partners like BitGo, Crypto.com, Ledger and ByBit.

We are actively expanding our product line, exploring RWA, data, yield, and service products for exchanges, custodians, and banks

You will 🚀

  • Define and implement the design strategy for digital products, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

  • Advocate for a user-centered design approach throughout the organization.

  • Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to translate company vision into product designs.

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.

  • Provide clear direction, feedback, and support to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.

  • Manage the workload and prioritize projects for the design team to meet deadlines and expectations.

  • Oversee the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.

  • Ensure all designs meet usability, accessibility, and brand standards while addressing business and user needs.

  • Drive innovation by exploring new design trends, tools, and techniques.

  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design objectives with product requirements.

  • Establish and maintain a robust design system for consistent visual and functional design across all digital platforms.

  • Ensure adherence to design principles and guidelines to maintain a cohesive brand identity.

  • Analyze user feedback and data to validate design decisions and continuously improve the user experience.

You have 🤓

  • 7+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven expertise in designing for digital products across web and mobile platforms.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.

  • Experience in creating and managing design systems.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • A proven track record of leading design projects from concept to delivery.

  • A balance of creative vision and analytical thinking, with the ability to deliver innovative yet practical design solutions.

  • A creative spark that drives innovation, inspiring the team and stakeholders with fresh ideas and bold design concepts.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data and user feedback to inform design decisions.
