Requisition Summary
This position is based at Peterbilt’s Warranty Return Center (WRC) in Renton, Washington. The WRC tests warranty returns and communicates findings with PACCAR engineering teams, suppliers, and warranty departments, to improve product design, manufacturing, and troubleshooting. This role involves receiving incoming parts, storing and staging parts for testing, and packaging and shipping outgoing product. The Warehouse Coordinator facilitates testing of incoming parts on a first come, first tested basis, as well as ensures outgoing product is documented and shipped to the correct end location.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
• Receiving
• Receives shipments and signs paperwork upon receipt
• Unloads packages from incoming trucks
• Inspects package contents to verify product is undamaged and sent in compliance with division warranty policies
• Storing and staging
• Labels incoming packages and enters associated claim and part information in WRC Tracker
• Allocates parts to their designated place and fills testing stations as needed

• Shipping:
• Packages items ensuring product will not be damaged in transit
• Accurately documents outgoing product package weight and dimensions
• Ships outgoing product using the recipient’s preferred carrier and lowest cost method
• Schedules pick up of shipments
• Warehouse organization:
• Maintains shipping and receiving through organizing, cleaning, and ordering low stock supplies on a regular basis
• Ensures there is storage space for incoming items
• Empties department trash and recycling bins and schedules pick up as needed

• Team player as well as able to operate independently with little guidance and supervision
• Strong interpersonal and communication kills
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
Qualifications
• Prior experience as a receiving clerk, shipping clerk, or warehouse coordinator preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data
• Able to lift up to 70 pounds and up to 150 pounds with accommodation
• Experience operating forklifts and passing of certification exam
• Excellent organizational skills; lean experience preferred

Wage/Salary Range
At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. A reasonable salary range estimate for the Warehouse Technician is $73,600.00- $90,000.00 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.”
