Professional Services Consultant

PagerDuty is looking for a Professional Services Consultant to enable customers to leverage their platform effectively. The ideal candidate must have technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Skills

Technical knowledge of IT monitoring tools or within DevOps, SRE, or IT Operations
Experience with Python, JavaScript, AWS Lambda, and automation scripting
Ability to interact with SaaS and traditional software APIs
Knowledge of infrastructure as code, DevOps SRE toolchains, and Linux
Hands-on experience with AWS services and ITSM tools like ServiceNow
Understanding of monitoring systems like DataDog, Dynatrace, and Splunk

Responsibilities

Handle large scale onboarding for key customers
Design and build custom integrations
Provide services modeling and user provisioning
Develop methodologies for successful implementations
Collaborate with customers to deliver outstanding customer experiences
