Senior Indirect Tax Manager

PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Indirect Tax Manager to collaborate cross-functionally and ensure global tax compliance. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of indirect tax regulations and proven experience in managing tax audits and inquiries.

Skills

In-depth knowledge of indirect tax regulations
Experience in managing tax audits and inquiries
Ability to analyze complex tax issues
Strong Excel skills
Self-starting personality with strong organizational skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Lead global account reconciliations for indirect tax accounts
Manage indirect tax audits and inquiries
Identify indirect tax opportunities and analyze complex tax issues
Support ERP transformation for global tax functions
Implement VAT/GST/Sales tax training materials
Build relationships with external advisors for tax compliance services

Education

6+ years of indirect tax experience
Professional audit certification (CPA)
Masters in Taxation or LLM preferred
