Engineering Internship

Location: Sumas, WA Type: PT / Summer Department: Plant Operations

**Must be local to Washington State**

WHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL BE;

With Corporate Reliability Engineers’ guidance, work with Plant Maintenance Manager and Mechanics to develop Asset Hierarchy List, Document Navigation Accelerator (linked drawings), Inventory List, Spare Part List, Job Plans and Preventive Maintenance for EAM Implementation.
Assist in Maximo operation and Mobile implementation, FMECA, Root Cause Analysis, Condition Monitoring set up, etc.
Assist in Item, Asset and PM Standardization
Accurately create Hyperlinks between large volumes of related PDF drawings and corresponding Service Request forms, Bill Of Materials, Manuals, etc., to accelerate time to find correct parts and create Requests for work, etc..
Create/Review drawings and field labels on assets to build a cross reference with standardized asset names at other sites.
Document asset information that needs to be updated in the drawings.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;

Proficient in MS Excel, analyzing spreadsheet information, using Pareto's, Bar Charts, Look Up Tables, Pivot Tables, Drop Down Menus, etc.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Word and MS Power Point.
Fluent in English
Troubleshooting capability is a plus
Self-starter and eager to work.
Mechanical or Industrial Engineering Student, Fresh Graduate or equivalent.
