We’re looking for a Paid Media Marketing Specialist to support digital marketing execution for Fossil Group - North America Marketing team. The right candidate will be a passionate self-starter who loves to test new ideas and execute paid social media marketing campaigns.

This position is responsible for collaborating with internal teams and our external agencies to support and strengthen the digital marketing business. This role will report directly to the Paid Media Marketing Manager on the Digital Marketing team and will partner on Fossil-owned brands across paid media, including paid social, influencer, and display channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Support Paid Media Manager and the digital marketing team in the daily execution of Fossil’s paid social program, to meet strategic goals, benchmark KPIs, and brand standards.
  • Manage social media and display campaign calendars, which includes creative and copy requests, trafficking to agency on-time, and other day-to-day tasks
  • Build North America-focused Influencer Marketing strategies to support and align with Global’s influencer efforts
  • Support audience targeting needs by working in CDP tool
  • Manage pulling, analyzing, and presenting data on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Participate in team’s bigger picture strategic work including brainstorms, campaign performance reviews, and competitive analyses
  • Set up campaigns in platform, including but not limited to Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Oversee tagging and actively request, track, and communicate needs
  • Manage paid media spend and processing invoices
  • Actively engage in team meetings including weekly cross-functional collaboration meetings, status meetings, business reviews, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal cross-functional departments and external partners
  • Proactively bring forth new ideas/opportunities to the team to help grow the business
  • Stay up-to-date with competitive environment and marketing landscape to translate those into proactive, actionable recommendations / ideas for the business

Your Skills

The successful candidate will be a blended balance of social media strategist, project manager, relationship builder and analyst. They will be comfortable working in a hybrid team setting, and effective at partnering cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders including brand and ecommerce teams, and outside agencies. They are passionate and knowledgeable about the retail industry with superior written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience managing paid social for Retail organization (B2C or Agency experience)
  • Executional experience within media platforms and tools: Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, Reddit, Google Analytics
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a sense of ownership, willingness to learn, curiosity and desire to succeed
  • Ability to partner and collaborate easily with in-house teams and external vendors
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and digital-first thinking
  • Desire to pursue digital marketing as a career
  • Bachelor's degree and paid social media experience
  • Analytical and proficient in working with datasets in Microsoft Excel
