We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Ads Creative Manager who can lead our creative processes for social media ad campaigns, particularly for Facebook (Meta) ads and DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) e-commerce brands. You’ll play a critical role in researching trends, conceptualizing ideas, briefing creators and editors, and analyzing performance to optimize creative output. Responsibilities:

Research:

  • Identify viral video trends in our niche.
  • Analyze competitor ads and customer feedback (surveys, reviews).
  • Review grounding studies and benefits relevant to our audience to inform creative direction.

Ideation:

  • Generate compelling video concepts based on research findings.
  • Balance proven high-performing ideas with fresh, innovative angles for testing.
  • Prioritize and rank ideas based on potential impact to accelerate scaling.

Briefing:

  • Create clear and concise briefs for creators and editors to ensure the intended outcome.
  • Maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and visual style across all creatives.

Analysis:

  • Evaluate the performance of all creatives.
  • Identify insights and trends to refine future creative strategies.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, managing or directing creative content.
  • Proven experience directing content specifically for Facebook & Instagram ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with performance metrics for creative campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse creative teams.
  • Ability to stay current with industry trends and viral content.
  • Will need to work a few hours overlapping with AEST business hours
