The Role
We are looking for an Operations and Administrative Analyst to support our Defense Product teams. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for directly supporting a subset of our leaders as well as establishing new or streamlining current operational processes. As an operational team member, you'll drive projects forward and own their outcomes. As an administrative team member, you’ll demonstrate excellent organization and exercise tact and diplomacy while supporting a variety of stakeholders both internal and external to Palantir.
This role is a great fit for someone who is invested in customer experience and thrives in a dynamic environment. To be successful in both aspects of your role, you’ll need to demonstrate good judgment and critical thinking by understanding competing priorities and actioning your work accordingly. You’ll innovate new ways to help the people and teams you support be as productive and impactful as possible. When things don't go as planned, you're able to think on your feet, communicate effectively, then devise and execute on an action plan.

Salary
The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $70,000 - $112,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign-on bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.
