The Role

We are looking for mission motivated, early career individuals to work alongside our full-time team members in solving a variety of human-shaped problems. You will embed with the recruiting team to leverage your resourcefulness, creativity, and skillset to help build Palantir’s internal teams and bolster Palantir’s employer brand.

Our customers come to us with a hunch that the only way to protect their troops, manufacture high-quality products, structure effective healthcare policies, or deliver aid to refugees safely is to make better use of AI. As a Recruiting Fellow, you will help customers solve these challenges by developing, implementing and executing on broad recruiting initiatives and strategies to hire the next great Palantirians. 

• Actively source and engage talent via sourcing new leads, strategic planning for building a more diverse and inclusive Palantir, utilizing technology, engaging with external recruiting partners, attending events, and more.
• Track and analyze metrics to keep a strong pulse on hiring and recruiting goals.
• Collaborate with the recruiting operations team, recruiting programs team, recruiters, and business partners to support Palantir’s global intern program and create a more streamlined candidate experience.
• Coordinate in-office intern events including managing event resources, partnering with internal and external vendors, and event planning and execution.
• Conceptualize new event opportunities and create marketing content related to events.
• Upon successful completion of this internship, the role may convert into a full-time technical recruiter opportunity which would include managing the entirety of the recruiting lifecycle.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that will enable you to be a strong professional representative of Palantir and your candidate’s personal advocate/champion.
• Comfortable working in a constantly evolving environment with dynamic objectives and iterations.
• Curiosity, criticality, and a data-driven approach to managing candidate pipelines and stakeholders.
• Strong interest in recruiting mission-driven individuals to join Palantir.
• Commitment to democratic values, ability to engage constructively on difficult issues, and desire to uphold Palantir’s mission of supporting the institutions underpinning western & allied nations.

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at an accredited university.
• Passion for and long term interest in recruitment.
• If a current student, taking the full fall 2024 semester off (3-4 months) to work at Palantir. Candidates cannot be enrolled in university classes.

Many teams do offer hybrid options (WFH a day or two a week), allowing our employees to strike the right trade-off for their personal productivity. Based on business need, there are a few roles that allow for “Remote” work on an exceptional basis. If you are applying for one of these roles, you must work from the state in which you are employed. If the posting is specified as Onsite, you are required to work from an office.
