The Opportunity:

We are seeking a part-time Lead Generation & Outreach Associate to support our growth by identifying potential Palmstreet sellers across various online platforms and conducting targeted outreach. This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and interested in startups. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our seller base and work closely with our leadership team to accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential sellers across online platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and more.

• Conduct outbound messaging through email and social media DMs to engage with potential sellers.

• Track outreach performance (open rates, response rates) and collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies.

• Maintain accurate records of lead information and outreach performance in our CRM.

Qualifications:

• Ideal for an entry-level candidate interested in startups, marketing, or sales.

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to craft compelling messages.

• Experience with social media platforms and a basic understanding of cold outreach strategies.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and data entry skills.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools for lead generation and communication.

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle repetitive tasks.

• Passion for startups, handmade goods, or small businesses is a plus.

Compensation:

• Part-time $20/hour; up to 30 hours per week
