Your Career

We are seeking a strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the GTM Sales Platform, driving innovation, rapid development, and launch, with a focus on Data Quality and CRM integrity.  

In this role you will be pivotal in driving cultural transformation on utilizing cutting-edge technologies to revolutionize how we sell at Scale.

  • Own and drive impactful business outcomes
  • Drive transformative change within the organization, wearing multiple hats (strategy development, product & program management, execution) to do what it takes to “move the needle”
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather insights, co-create deliverables, and drive execution to achieve business goals
  • Lead the creation of a comprehensive, long-term vision for the Sales and GTM platform that aligns with company-wide objectives and fosters cultural change
  • Ensure the product remains adaptable by anticipating industry trends and Seller needs
  • Cultivate relationships across all organizational levels, communicating progress and managing expectations effectively
  • Identify system and process gaps across the organization and advocate for advanced technological solutions that drive ROI and operational efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional product teams and engineering teams to execute the product vision - Foster collaboration and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with measurable value to the enterprise
  • Partner with the Enablement team to provide ongoing user training, ensuring the sales organization can fully leverage the product capabilities
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by identifying and recommending technologies that enable scalability and maintain competitive differentiation

Qualifications

Your Experience 

Must have:

  • Must have 10+ years of experience with a minimum of 4 years in management consulting , or top-tier tech strategy or "bizops" roles
  • Strong communication and presentation skills  with the ability to to pitch product strategy to Executive leadership(including C-Suite) 
  • Strong experience in Go-To-Market systems with a proven track record of managing and delivering high-impact technology projects 
  • Expertise in managing Lead to Opportunity in the Salesforce Ecosystem with SFDC Expertise in the SaaS and/or Enterprise software industry is preferred - Knowledge of AI/ Gen-AI solutions and GTM is a plus
  • Local to SF Bay Area who can be onsite 

Preferred:

  • Experience in program management and overseeing large-scale transformations
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with geographically distributed teams and external vendors to deliver impactful and scalable solutions
  • Expertise in product management, including incubating product capabilities and scaling , gathering requirements, and developing detailed functional plans
  • Great teammate, willing to passionately roll up their sleeves and work cross-functionally to get things done
  • A proactive self-starter who excels in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $141,000/YR - $229,000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
