Job Description

Your Career

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead ADEM . This role focuses on providing visibility into User and Application Experience for SASE users. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the vision and strategy for this critical product area. You will define product requirements, collaborate closely with engineering, product leadership, and support teams, and work with field teams to ensure successful product releases and adoption. Additionally, you will partner with product marketing to craft messaging that resonates with our customers, conveying the value and impact of the product.

Success in this role requires a deep understanding of customer journeys, user experience, and usability, along with a knack for visualization of data. A background in analytics, observability, Networking  is highly desirable. Your Impact

  • Own the product area of Digital Experience in Prisma Access to build a world class analytics framework for User Experience, Application Monitoring and Observability
  • Build ML driven visibility framework to provide deep insights into Internet and user experience trends, peer comparisons on application performance and correlation with telemetry within broader Prisma Access products
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management leadership, support field teams to drive successful product release and adoption
  • Collaborate with product marketing to support creation of customer driven messaging and content
  • Engage with customers, develop insights into what is possible, and uncover unarticulated customer needs
  • A passion for customer journey, user experience, usability and a knack for simplicity is critical in this role

Qualifications

Your Experience 

  • 4+ years of industry experience with either a bachelors in engineering or equivalent
  • 2+ years as a product manager in one of the following domains is preferred - Observability, DEM, APM, Analytics/Business Intelligence, AIOps
  • Experience building data-rich products, incorporating data visualizations
  • Deliver high-quality work in an agile, fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience with networking - Experience with Cloud security will be an added advantage
  • Track record creating products from concept to market success
  • Strong focus on end-user experience and data visualization tools and technologies
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) – must be able to communicate at a business and technical level with internal teams, customers, partners, and executives

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $144000 - $233000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
