Senior Product Manager (Renewals)

Palta is a leading tech platform that develops mobile apps focused on health and well-being. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to enhance our subscription renewals and minimize cancellation processes.

Responsibilities

Own the key metric of subscription renewals and develop strategies to improve it.
Redesign the cancellation process to reduce churn.
Identify barriers preventing users from accessing the app after purchasing on the web.
Build growth models to identify opportunities for increasing renewals.
Work closely with the customer support team to understand customer behavior.
Partner with CRM teams to configure and test win-back campaigns.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
