Vice President, Product
PandaDoc is seeking a passionate and experienced Vice President of Product to lead our product strategy and execution. The ideal candidate is an expert in product management and will inspire and guide a growing team of Product Managers and Directors.

Responsibilities
- Develop and own the strategy and roadmap for core products
- Lead, mentor, and manage Product Managers
- Attract, recruit, and retain top talent
- Act as customer champion
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
- Partner with Engineering and Design for execution
- Conduct competitive product analysis
- Own key product metrics including Adoption and NPS
- Communicate product strategy to the organization
Education
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- MBA or advanced degree (preferred)
