What Will Make You An Ideal Candidate:

Experience with software development projects.

Experience in Land Management and Land Management Software.

Understanding of waterfall and agile approaches to the full SDLC.

Project Management skills are an asset.

Strong analytical/problem solving skills, along with acute attention to detail.

Ability to communicate with a variety of audiences (client and internal team).

Ability to think outside the box.

Ability to use right-size tools and techniques to fit the project at hand.

What Makes You Extra Awesome:

  • Land Software Business Analysis experience related to Land Asset management in any global industry.
  • Experience in interfacing with Land management applications such as GIS, Accounting, DMS, etc.
  • Experience with GIS Applications.
  • Familiarity with the global utilities, renewables, pipelines, and/or oil & gas industry.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Gather, understand, and build applicable business domain knowledge (understanding of terminology and general industry knowledge).
  • Liaise between customers, Pandell software development teams, and business subject matter experts to ensure that business needs are identified, defined, and documented.
  • Elicit business requirements using a variety of techniques – interviews, competitive analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, gap analysis, etc.
  • Produce concise, well-written documentation for software development, including functional specifications, domain models, use cases, screen mock-ups, process flows, and activity diagrams.
  • Participate in software quality assurance, software development activities and technical client support when required.

Your Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years of recent Software Business Analysis experience.
