As a Loss Prevention Operations Lead, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing operations processes and systems to ensure a high level of efficiency. Your role requires excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to lead a team. This position will report to the Loss Prevention Director.
Manage and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of business critical workflows, developing specifications/guidelines and resolving escalations.
Manage cross-functional initiatives to create/change operational workflows to support new product and policy launches.
Monitor and evaluate operational performance and recommend improvements
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement
Contribute to strategic projects to drive internal quality and efficiency metrics and execute with cross-functional teams.
High school diploma or equivalent; college diploma preferred.
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets
Data-driven collaborative approach with excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Flexibility to work varying shifts and occasional hours in US time zones.
Demonstrated commitment to integrity, ethics, and professionalism in the workplace.
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Shifting schedule; may require hours in the Eastern time zone
Compensation:
$5.00 per hour (depending on experience)
