Parachute Health is transforming healthcare with a digital ordering platform that connects hospitals and suppliers. We are looking for an Engineering Manager experienced in Elixir to lead and grow our engineering team.

Skills

Professional Elixir/Phoenix experience
Agile development practices
Team coaching and mentorship

Responsibilities

Develop in an agile environment with TDD and pair programming
Coach up to 5 engineers in their career growth
Guide engineering practices to improve effectiveness
Participate in on-call rotation for critical system issues
