Support Engineer, Supplier

Parachute Health is transforming the world of post-acute care with a digital ordering platform. They are looking for a Support Engineer who will serve as a technical escalation point and support supplier operational teams and customers.

Responsibilities

Serve as first level of technical escalation for supplier operational teams and customers.
Become configuration subject matter expert for supplier customers.
Support Operations on supplier implementations via call or email.
Maintain proprietary external specifications and contribute to internal documentation.
Identify integration implementation inefficiencies and improve processes.
Coordinate with Tier 3 support for issue resolution.
Develop processes for effective support triage and escalation.
Provide data-driven reporting on issues.
