Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive business development and growth strategies aligned with company goals
Lead and mentor sales and account management teams
Utilize data to drive growth action plans
Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams
Identify and evaluate new markets and opportunities
Maintain relationships with key clients and partners
Build and refine internal operational processes
Prepare reports and presentations on progress and improvements

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
