About the Position
We are looking for an experienced full-stack software engineer to join our Partner Platform team in San Francisco. You will play a crucial role in shaping the partner experience at Parafin.
The Partner Platform team owns the full-stack partner integration process, which includes data and marketing integrations, external developer tooling, and the partner-facing dashboard. You will work with engineering and non-engineering stakeholders across the company, including Product, Design, Sales and Platform Growth, to launch several new products and regularly experiment with our existing products to improve the end-user experience.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong technical fundamentals, the ability to navigate ambiguity and take ownership of projects from inception to completion.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You will own significant pieces of our partner platform infrastructure, including data sharing and public APIs, and help drive new initiatives on the partner-facing dashboard
You will drive important product initiatives aligned with product vision for the ideal partner journey with Parafin, including the partner-facing dashboard, external developer tooling and data and marketing integrations
You will work with stakeholders across the company to improve on our internal tooling, monitoring, alerting, and overall reliability of the system.
What We’re Searching For:
4+ years of experience working in a full-stack engineering role.
You care deeply about building high-quality software and take immense pride in your craft.
You are comfortable owning and driving the development of both product and platform initiatives from scratch.
You take the initiative to identify commonalities between different problem statements and design appropriate abstractions accordingly.
You have a strong grasp of engineering fundamentals.
You are excited about working on a small team and helping us set the foundations for the company.
