Paralegal/Legal Assistant

Ensign Services, Inc. (“ESI”) is seeking a Paralegal/Legal Assistant to work in the Legal and Risk Management Department located in its San Juan Capistrano Service Center.

ESI currently serves over 280 health care operations including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and other ancillary service providers. These operations have no corporate headquarters or traditional management hierarchy. Instead, they operate independently with support from the “Service Center,” a world-class service team that provides centralized legal, human resource, training, accounting, IT and other resources necessary to allow on-site leaders and caregivers to focus on day-to-day care and business issues in their facilities and operations.

Our Legal & Risk Management Team seeks an energetic and organized Paralegal/Legal Assistant. While prior experience as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant is helpful, we place a very high value on intelligence, drive, customer service, and willingness to learn, grow, and make meaningful contributions to the Department through effort, industry and attitude.

Position Type: Full-Time, Employee

Compensation: $28-$35/hour DOE; may be eligible for bonus

Location: San Juan Capistrano, California

Schedule: Flexible start/end time; 40 hrs/week
