Overview:
The Programming and Business Affairs team is looking for a Coordinator who will support the SVP of Business Affairs and the SVP of Programming with a combination of Executive Assistant duties as well as additional projects that support both groups and teams. The candidate will work closely with both SVP’s to coordinate their schedules for meetings, as well as be responsible for additional tasks assigned such as summarizing meetings, and tracking additional information that is helpful such as the streaming competitive calendar. Role and Responsibilities:
Coordinate the planning and scheduling of appointments and meetings, and follow up notes for the SVP of Business Affairs and the SVP of Programming for Paramount+.
Assist in key projects in support of the SVPs and their teams including continuing to track competitor release dates or key info pertaining to the rights surrounding all content in P+ multiple content databases and provide tracking updates to internal partners
Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying documents, handling incoming and outgoing mail and maintaining office supplies
Handle all calls and correspondence for SVP’s
Directs preparation of records such as agenda, notices, minutes, and resolutions for meetings
Will help to build and then maintain an organized and efficient system for filing and set up a catalog database for all files
Compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and other documents
Arrange programs, events, or conferences by arranging for facilities, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, and controlling event budget
Arrange travel plans and itineraries and compile documents for travel-related meetings
Manage expense reports for both SVP’s
Assists in crafting and editing PowerPoint, Excel, and Word documents
Assists in billing process as necessary
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years Admin experience
Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet software
Excellent multi-tasking and project management skills with strong attention to detail
Strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel (formulas, pivot tables, v lookups) skills
Additional Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Subscription VOD service experience
Experience using Asana, Jira, Airtable or similar project management tools
Good verbal and written communication skills in order to interact with peers and senior management
Familiar with a variety of industry concepts, practices, and procedures
A self-starter, entrepreneurial demeanor who can balance multiple tasks/projects

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $56,000.00 - 70,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
