Paraplanner / Marketing Support Specialist

At Prudential, our Paraplanner / Marketing Support Specialist reports directly to the Vice President, Administration, purposefully focusing on financial planning and marketing support to meet our customers’ complex financial needs.

You will work in a collaborative environment focused on paraplanning activities to help drive revenue growth and marketing activities that help drive market growth.

Typical Responsibilities Include:
Financial Planning:

  • Constructing financial plans by managing the financial planning software and inputting client data
  • Building scenarios and creating final deliverables for clients.

Marketing:

  • Manage social media
  • Draft communications regarding strategic initiatives, research market opportunities, work with territory leadership team to develop strategies and plans to grow markets within the territory, track and report results.

  • Proficiency with eMoney, including data entry, analyzing reports and creating client presentations with a focus on alternate scenarios and developing compliance-approved client recommendations is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and LinkedIn is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or financial services experience preferred
  • Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP®) or CFP® certification a plus

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $55,700.00 to $82,800.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
