Responsibilities

Be a strategic partner to team leads on employee relations and performance management
Coach managers on best practices for performance and team development
Own and deliver people & culture projects such as onboarding and learning development
Support organizational change aligned with company's strategic objectives
Collaborate with support teams including Finance and Talent

Education

Relevant degree in Human Resources or similar field
