Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Park Place Finance. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, optimizing advertising strategies, and driving traffic and conversions to our hard money lending firm. In addition, you will be responsible for creating and editing written content across various platforms and ensuring the development and maintenance of our website.


Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to maximize ROI and drive targeted traffic to our website.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for increasing organic search rankings and improving overall visibility.
  • Develop and execute online advertising strategies across different platforms, including Google Ads, social media channels, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling and engaging written content for our website, blog, social media channels, and marketing materials.
  • Ensure that all content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and aligned with our brand voice and messaging.
  • Take ownership of the website's development and maintenance, ensuring it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
  • Manage website updates, including coding or working alongside coders, designing layouts, implementing new features, and conducting regular site audits to identify and resolve any issues.


Qualifications
  • Experience in the mortgage/lending industry is strongly preferred
  • Google Analytics Certification, Google Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Certification, or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, with a strong understanding of Google Ads and other advertising platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to different platforms and target audiences.
  • Proficiency in website development and maintenance
  • Preferred: experience coding (HTML, CSS), web design, and content management systems (CMS).


$50,000 - $75,000 a year
