We’ve  raised our $10M Series A led by Australia's largest VC firm, Blackbird Ventures and in the midst of our next raise, with an ambitious global go-to-market strategy starting with the US & UK. 

We’re hiring a Content & Creative Specialist who’s ready to make waves in the AI healthtech space. You’ll be managing our creative and content engines; testing, tweaking, and optimising the voice of Heidi to drive rapid growth globally. Working closely with our VP, GTM and the founders, you’ll be our 1st dedicated content and creative specialist in the team and will have a great opportunity to build something 0 to 1.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute a winning content plan: Devise a content delivery plan that tells the Heidi story, builds awareness, engages our customer verticals, geographies and settings where Heidi is used.

    • Key metrics: Content engagement and delivery velocity

  • Create high-quality, value-packed content: Conceptualise, write, design, and produce a variety of content assets including blog posts, videos, infographics, email campaigns, and more.

    • Key metrics: Content quality scores, content velocity

  • Optimise content performance: Continuously monitor, test, and iterate on content to maximise its impact. Find new ways to leverage evergreen content to sweat our assets.

    • Key metrics: Traffic, conversion rates, audience growth

  • Build a thriving content community: Foster meaningful connections with customers, industry influencers, and brand advocates. Leverage user-generated content and collaborate on co-created pieces.

    • Key metrics: Community engagement, referral traffic

  • Elevate the brand through media and PR: Develop a steady cadence of press outreach, guest post placements, and earned media opportunities that amplify the brand's content and thought leadership.

    • Key metrics: Media mentions, domain authority, referral traffic from earned media

What we will look for:

  • High calibre writing talent across multiple mediums and multiple customer demographics

  • Proven ability to tell stories that win attention, from content engagement to PR

  • Experience in building and delivering a high performing, high output content calendar

  • Exposure to markets beyond ANZ and writing for local/geographic specificities
