Provide exceptional member service through accurate responses
Maintain ownership of member issues from receipt to resolution
Follow up with members for issue resolution
Understand the company's products and services comprehensively
Utilize member feedback for process improvement
Assist in developing initiatives for enhanced member experience
Manage inbound and outbound member inquiries
Escalate unresolved member questions to the appropriate department
Education
At least one year of relevant work experience
