Responsibilities
- Lead operations to drive growth and positive health outcomes.
- Oversee clinical operations and partner with leadership.
- Define and implement SOPs and SLAs for clinical organization.
- Manage data and BI streams related to service quality.
- Oversee staffing models and clinical team structure.
- Collaborate on product roadmap with engineering.
- Inform business intelligence strategy.
- Manage payer operations and clinical legal compliance.
- Support clinical quality and outcomes management.
- Define quarterly and annual OKRs with ELT.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Advanced degree preferred
