Your Future Team
We are looking to add a part-time, Client Service Specialist to help meet the needs of our Clients. Responsibilities include supporting the Portfolio Managers; assisting with account opening and supervision; Billing; Performance Analysis; and possibly some degree of Marketing. To be successful, you should definitely be a Team player – a person open to feedback in their own pursuit of excellence; who takes responsibility for the quality of their work; is reliable and who pays attention to detail. They should be intellectually curious and able, on occasion, to cope with pressure and under tight deadlines. This is a fully remote, part-time position, anticipating 3 hours per day, on average, for a total of 15-20 hours per week – although, if the relationship proves successful, we are open to pursuing other paths together.
What You’ll Do
- Promote and contribute to a positive Client experience
- Assist Portfolio Managers with service requests
- Create Client agreements
- Complete and review account opening paperwork
- Process money movement requests
- Monitor all asset activity, especially when it comes to “Alternative Investments”
- Help create and maintain customer records and reports in Salesforce and Black Diamond
- Perform and track service requests through Clear Teams
- Ability to work closely and effectively, both with internal and external co-workers on whom we depend
What You’ll Bring
- A minimum of 1-3 years of prior, financial service experience
- Strong communication skills, including close attention to grammar and spelling
- FINRA Series 7 required. Series 63, 65, and/or 66 preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Salesforce
- Experience working with Schwab/TD or Fidelity a plus
