We’re looking for a Part-time Equipment Painter in Chehalis, WA.
The Opportunity:
This position reports directly to the Refurbishing Supervisor in supporting the management and sales teams in preparation for sales and post-sale painting, washing, detailing, and de-identification in Chehalis, Washington.
In this role you’ll be:
Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and customer requests.
Painting various types of heavy equipment.
Operating pressure washers, buffers, steamers, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations.
Using cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles.
De-Identify assets per customer and business requests.
Performing inspections and keeping complete, accurate records of the vehicle’s condition.
Moving and parking vehicles, delivering vehicles to correct locations.
Assist in managing inventory and reordering supplies.
Responding to client inquiries and fulfilling their requests.
Participating in the maintenance of the refurbishing facilities.
Actively supporting the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety.
Here’s what you bring:
Attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Prior painting and detailing experience.
Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality.
This job will require:
Availability to work weekends and holidays in needed
Availability to work 40+ hours in a work week.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Individual compensation packages are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including geographic location, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
Based on the national average, the anticipated hourly wage range for this role is $15.58 - $23.37 per hour.
