There are three vacant positions located in the PARKS department. The starting pay for this position will not exceed $17.00 per hour.
Performs customer service functions: provides information or assistance regarding services, activities on the phone and in person, forms, procedures, fees, or other issues; responds to routine questions and complaints; researches problems and initiates problem resolution; and refers complaints/problems to appropriate personnel.
Processes participant registrations, court reservations, tournament registrations, and other scheduled services and events: receives requests for classes, court times, or other scheduled services; reviews registration forms for accuracy and completeness; enters information into online database and calendars; collects and records fees; and maintains related documentation.
Prepares facilities according to daily schedule: opens and closes facility; unlocks and locks doors; turns lights on or off; disarms and sets alarm; moves, sets up, and tears down tables, chairs, etc.; and performs routine cleaning duties such as emptying trash, sweeping floors, etc.
Maintains attendance and punctuality within customary tolerances for this position.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred; supplemented by one year of work experience that shows an ability to maintain steady employment in any field; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.

Performance of essential functions may require exposure to adverse environmental conditions, such as dirt, dust, pollen, odors, wetness, humidity, rain, fumes, smoke, noise extremes, and electric currents.
