Retail Sales Associate
The sales associate is an important member of the team and plays a crucial role in contributing to the customer experience, and overall success of the business. Key responsibilities are inclusive of but not limited to

• Drive results through offering exceptional customer service.
• Achieve and surpass sales goals and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and directives.
• Remain educated and informed on all product knowledge.
• Thrive in a fast paced environment.
• Support operational needs of the store.
• POS procedures.

Skills and Requirements:

• 1-2 years of retail sales experience required.
• Team oriented.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
