The Red Hat Legal Compliance and Ethics team is looking for a Partner Compliance Specialist with experience with both global regulations surrounding anti-corruption, bribery, and fraud as well as technology ecosystem operations. In this role, you will work globally with Legal colleagues and with the Partner Ecosystem, IT, and Operations teams to embed and maintain programs and controls to minimize and mitigate legal compliance risk. You'll have the opportunity to participate in strategic program initiatives and be responsible for delivering scalable and repeatable processes. As a Partner Compliance Specialist, you will take a consultative approach with ecosystem stakeholders to identify best practices and represent Partner Compliance within Red Hat.
What you will do:
Drive implementation of legal compliance practices for Red Hat’s channel partners globally
Partner with Partner Ecosystem, Sales, Operations, and Finance functions to drive legal compliance and partner vetting best practices
Monitor daily function of the Partner Vetting and Partner Quote Inspection programs
Address partner escalations and issues, resolving complex challenges
Conduct regular reviews with Channel Sales and Operations leadership on Channel Partner Compliance status
Support the creation of training and communication materials
Drive adoption of channel compliance training
Monitor partner activity and transactions based on risk profiles.
Collaborate with IT teams to implement and test compliance enhancements in CRM and PRM solutions.
What you will bring:
5+ years of experience working in related areas, particularly technology ecosystem sales
Experience leading compliance related processes
Excellent understanding of the risks associated with corruption, bribery and fraud.
Excellent organizational skills
Familiarity with third-party vetting, pricing controls, and risk based analysis.
Ability to work without direct supervision with a high degree of discipline and initiative
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities
Proven ability to build and nurture relationships across multiple teams
