Overview:
This is a new role in the Construction and Utilities business unit. This role will report to the Director/VP Business Development with a dotted line supervisor on the Customer Success Team. This role is critical to support the continued development of technical integrations with existing partners as well as onboarding new partners. This role will serve as the US-based, front line technical integration expert across Eagleview’s APIs and integrated partner workflows. This role will be remotely based in the US with travel required to Partner sites for integration planning and ongoing customer support. This role will collaborate with Eagleview’s Engineering and Product teams in supporting the expansion of our Partner integration programs. This role will be critical to providing a better experience for Partner integrations and to speeding up time-to-market to bring dollar one revenue earlier in the sales cycle.
Responsibilities:
  • Working with our business development team, introduce our APIs to partners as they begin the Eagleview integration process while collaborating with them throughout their integration efforts to ensure success
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical members of partner teams, including directly fielding technical questions about our APIs, Security protocols, and integration best practices
  • Manage the calendar of integrations and proactively engage partners to complete planned integrations on time
  • Collaborate with partners’ technical stakeholders to architect optimal integration approaches and continuously improve our API onboarding processes
  • Technically assist partners' technical counterparts throughout the implementation process, specifically in integrating with our APIs
  • Create test plans, testing credentials, and validate test data sent by partners during the onboarding process
  • Monitor partner integrations and handle escalations from internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and outages
  • Support and upgrade partner integrations as Eagleview solutions, services and technology evolve, notably when deprecating obsolete functionality
  • Provide internal documentation and training to Eagleview client support teams about partner integrations to launch campaigns and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Act as the bridge between external partners and EV’s Product & Engineering teams by gathering market insights, product feedback, documenting partner product roadmaps, testing new features, organizing releases, and prioritizing critical functional and technical enhancements.
  • Strive to be a trusted advisor / go-to person, for partner-related technologies and integrations, for all cross-functional teams within Eagleview
  • Assist internal stakeholders with capturing integration details & nuances, use cases and requirements for product design specifications
  • Collaborate with the product team to develop new features and capabilities and to improve data ingestion processes
  • Work with the Product, Partner, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to improve the integration process
  • Manage resourcing, timelines, and dependencies to ensure successful integration engagements with Partners
  • Provide on-going integration support for Partners including as-required testing support, issue oversight and resolution, and proactive technical advisory
  • Assist in the development and ongoing enhancements of client-facing FAQ and integration best practices documentation
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or Computer Science or commensurate industry experience
  • 3-5+ years of technical experience, preferably in a consulting or integration engineering role
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, SDKs integration, API Management, Cloud infrastructure, and modern security implementations such as OAuth and 3LA
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/CSS and one or more OO or Functional programming languages
  • An ability to express complex technical concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences
  • Experience leading and confidently guiding technical and architectural discussions and workshops
  • Strong project management experience, including experience leading multiple external stakeholders and managing multiple projects at different stages of maturity
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to turn high-level direction into detailed action plans
  • Ability to travel to partner sites, conferences, and other related events as required
  • Experience leading and troubleshooting API-based integrations, including direct interaction with client- or partner-facing Sr. Technical leaders and architects
  • Adept at building and maintaining relationships with technical personnel and working with them to achieve positive outcomes
  • Experience generating technical documentation including requirements, test plans, and how-to guides
  • Exceptional team player with proven ability to lead through influence and action
  • Detail oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, highly collaborative, often ambiguous environments

The compensation offered to the successful candidate will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s work experience, education/licenses, work-related training, key skills, the core duties/responsibilities of the role, additional benefits offered, and the location where the work will be performed. All full-time (30+ hours) employees are eligible for PTO, Sick, and Parental Leave; Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance; 401(k) plan eligibility; Health Savings Account and Health Reimbursement Accounts; Life Insurance; and the Employee Assistance Program. This is a remote, full-time position with a base annual salary range of $70,000 to $113,000 per year, and is bonus eligible.
