Partner Operations Manager

About the Role 

The Revenue Operations team is a high-performance team chartered with assisting our GTM Teams in driving the business forward and increasing revenue. We are looking for a Partner Operations Manager to join our growing organization and focus on process, performance, efficiency and strategy within our Partnership ecosystem. Our Partnerships team is one of the fastest growing teams within the company - you will be responsible for designing, building, and monitoring the day-to-day processes. You will work closely with the Partner Leadership Team to formulate roadmaps and strategic initiatives.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in Operations [Sales, Cx, Partnership, Revenue, GTM]
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent internal and external communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of Partner Tech ecosystems, i.e PRM, CRM
  • Familiarity and knowledge of emerging technologies as it relates to Partnership & Sales process
  • Preference for a fast-paced startup environment and able to deal with ambiguity
  • Experience and desire for working in a startup environment, developing business infrastructure, and energetically scaling a high-growth business

Responsibilities

  • Own the execution of cross-functional partner initiatives - design process, manage timelines, implementation and documentation
  • Document current state and future state business process around our partner ecosystem and proactively drive process and policy improvement
  • Cross-functionally align with Sales, Marketing, and internal Systems team to develop, optimize and deliver change management
  • Align key stakeholders on issues and outcomes 
  • Create, maintain and analyze reports and dashboards to track KPIs and partner performance 
  • Drive multiple strategic initiatives including those that address business performance or process gaps
  • Become an expert on Partnership-specific tools (Eg. Partnerstack & Crossbeam), helping to expose insights for the team
