YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION: Bring in your expertise as well as your business and technical background to working with both our business development and engineering teams to help our partners succeed on our platform. As we scale, seamless and effective technical integration of our vacation rental partners into our website will be crucial for our ongoing success. As part of this business-critical, tech-driven team, you will play a key role in our continued growth by applying your technical know-how and problem-solving ability to our post-integration processes. HOW YOU’LL ADD VALUE:
  • Work closely with an agile development and technical account management team that is based in Berlin and Lithuania to support and improve the performance of over 1,000 property managers connected to HomeToGo
  • Offer first-class, end-to-end quality assurance and technical account management by overseeing and facilitating collaboration all the way from the rental property through their property manager and to HomeToGo, as well as planning and working on ad hoc issues and long-term improvements
  • Cooperate and communicate with our Partners directly to build lasting and trustful relationships
  • As a central interface, you establish processes to enhance the internal alignment between our Business Development and technical teams on all aspects of a partner’s integration
  • Monitor technical performance metrics across all connected softwares
YOU’LL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU:
  • Have 1 - 3 year experience in a relevant function (Technical Account Management or similar)
  • Enjoy establishing new processes and add improvements to existing once
  • Understand API documentations and how APIs function.
  • Have high quality awareness and great sense for the partner’s point of view
  • Have attention to detail and razor-sharp analytical skills that help you to quickly detect and resolve problems.
  • Are able to translate technical issues for non-technical audiences and also translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Have strong organisational skills and the ability to align with multiple stakeholders.
  • Have a flexible mindset with the ability to handle constantly changing priorities.
  • Have passion for the travel industry.
  • Are fluent in English, German is a plus.
  • Previous experience with XML and JSON web services is a plus.
  • Understanding international payment systems is a plus.
