YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION: Bring in your expertise as well as your business and technical background in driving a cross-cultural engagement and interaction to work with both our business development and engineering teams and help our partners succeed on our platform. As we scale, seamless and effective integration of our vacation rental partners onto our website will be crucial for our ongoing success. As part of this business-critical, tech-driven partner team you will play a key role in our continued growth by applying your technical know-how and problem-solving ability to our post-integration processes. HOW YOU’LL ADD VALUE:
  • Work closely with an agile development team that is based in Berlin and Lithuania to onboard new providers, as well as support and improve the performance of our existing providers.
  • Work across departments to prioritize daily operational work, new integrations and integration improvements. based on business impact and technical feasibility.
  • Cooperate and communicate with providers directly to build a close personal relationship.
  • Manage our provider integrations through evaluating, coordinating and executing the integration process .
  • Offer first-class quality assurance and technical account management to support on all technical levels.
  • Act as a central interface between our business development and tech teams, ensuring internal alignment on all aspects of our partner integration.
  • Establish best practices and monitor technical performance metrics.
YOU’LL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU:
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in a digital industry, preferably in travel. Understand software development processes and can build productive working relationships with engineers.
  • Understand API documentations and how APIs function.
  • Have attention to detail and razor-sharp analytical skills that help you to quickly detect and resolve problems.
  • Are able to translate complex technical issues for non-technical audiences and also translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Have previous experience of working in an international/entrepreneurial team.
  • Have very strong organizational skills and the ability to align with multiple stakeholders and excellence in prioritization.
  • Have a flexible mindset with the ability to handle constantly changing priorities.
  • Fluent in English, [German as a plus]
  • Have previous experience in API integration [Mandate].
  • Have previous experience with XML and JSON web services (as a plus)
  • Understand international payment systems (as a plus)
  • Experience in the travel industry especially vacation rental softwares (as a plus)
