Shipt is growing and we are in search of a Partner Success Manager to exemplify the team strategy - be the partner of choice by maximizing value for retail partners. You will carefully cultivate and maintain relationships with our retail partners as their main point of contact to coordinate a successful launch, advocate on their behalf to help drive business, and work with internal departments to create a long-lasting partnership.

Your Responsibilities
Build and nurture a strong partnership with partners through thoughtful communication, regular business reviews, reporting and innovative opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams both internally and externally to maximize retailers’ growth on the marketplace from metro launches, marketing initiatives and product offerings.
Ask questions and develop a deep understanding of partners’ business operations in order to be your partner’s advocate to Shipt teams
Identify key players within retailers’ organization to connect with in order to build a deeper partnership
Be a problem-solver; work with teams to develop sustainable solutions that benefit members, shoppers and partners
Own the onboarding process of new retail partners to the Shipt marketplace and additional business models
Define and clearly communicate the project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical and operational feasibility
Create a detailed project plan to monitor and track your progress using appropriate tools and techniques
Lead project initiatives from start to finish - clearly outlining pertinent information to all parties (internal and external)
Interpret technical details and communicate with partners about requirements and specifications
Report project progress to leadership and partners
Requirements
5-7 years experience in account management, preferably in the technology and retail sector
Demonstrated experience in a role requiring solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking
Demonstrated experience in a role requiring client-facing and internal communication
Previous experience coordinating many roles and departments concurrently
Previous financial planning and strategy experience
Previous process creation and improvement experience
Ability to travel 40-60% of the time
